We can support you by providing Geodata analysis, surveying and pavement evaluation, equipment and software, plus design engineering and consultancy.

Key Responsibility:

• Assuming the responsibilities of the manager in their absence.

• Assisting operations manager in taking decisions regarding management procedures and operations.

• Participating in meetings and diligently preparing comprehensive work documentation .

• Conducting training sessions for new personnel within the department

• Facilitating coordination among various departments.

• Overseeing the implementation and execution of projects.

• Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and guidelines.

• Compiling weekly and monthly reports in accordance with instructions, and conducting metric analysis.

• Ensuring staff adherence to QHSSEW (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Welfare) standards.

• "Conducting site visits to oversee work in progress and assess team requirements.

• Delivering comprehensive activity summaries to keep senior management apprised.

You will bring:

Years of Experience: 5-8 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Specific Skills: Proficiency in ground investigation techniques and logistics support

Managerial Experience: 2-3 years
