Job Description

For our HQ in Leidschendam we are looking for a IT Business Consultant for our region Europe & Africa. You will be responsible to translate business needs into requirements and IT solutions. You will work on several projects in parallel from initiation to execution. You will offer guidance and advice on what requirements and solutions will best fit a business’ needs, now and into the future.

Your role

  • The majority of projects you will be working on are enterprise and business applications related and you will support the various teams in adopting the processes and systems;

  • In addition, as part of the regional (IT) team, the individual is expected to identify areas for improvement and assist in the annual planning. You are a trusted partner to the Regional IT Manager Europe & Africa in support of regional (business) goals;

  • You collaborate with the applications team and project organization to ensure applications support business processes well, meet organizational needs and are adopted in the region;

  • You enjoy working with various regional stakeholders to ensure (business) objectives are achieved. You are a trusted advisor on Information Technologies and you are able to provide guidance on the best fit for purpose solution.

What you bring along

  • You have a BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant professional experience;

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in enterprise applications and project management;

  • You are fluent in English;

  • You have proven experience in requirements analysis and process mapping;

  • Knowledge on corporate/support functions such as finance, procurement,  and HR is seen as beneficial. Previous experience in implementing ERP systems is a big plus.
