Job Description
Are you a Bachelor or Master of Laws student with a focus on corporate law, looking for an internship? Join our Company Secretariat/Corporate team as a Legal Intern and gain hands-on experience in the governance of a Dutch publicly listed company. During your internship, you will support company secretarial work, contribute to the implementation and monitoring of corporate governance, and develop practical insight into legal entity management.

Your role
Gain practical experience in how listing rules, securities regulations, and corporate governance codes are applied in practice by assisting the team;
Develop your research skills by exploring legal and regulatory topics related to corporate governance under the guidance of experienced professionals;
Build hands‑on knowledge of statutory registers, company records, and filings by helping maintain essential documentation;
Experience the complexity of corporate projects such as restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, and financing processes by supporting document drafting and reviewing transaction structures across jurisdictions;
Strengthen your organizational skills by supporting daily administrative and governance activities within the corporate team.
Your trackrecord
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) program, preferably with a focus on corporate law;
You are comfortable working with complex issues and maintaining a structured, detail‑oriented approach;
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Available for at least two days per week for a period of six to twelve months, depending on your study program, with a flexible start date.
