Business Partner Controlling

Job Description

The Controller:

• Provides financial guidance to the business, mainly for the Service Lines in the Land Division

• Leads a small team of project controllers

• Does the project Controlling for the Service Lines together with the project controlling team

• Supports planning, reporting, closing (according to IFRS) and controlling (prepares the budget and the rolling forecasts) in cooperation with the Regional Business Line Controller and prepares the monthly reporting

• Establishes relationships and forums with the business, the project controllers, and the finance team to efficiently coordinate and manage end-to-end finance activities.

• Ensures that appropriate accounting policies and financial controls are in place for the projects, by driving and initiating process improvements and the proper documentation thereof

• Shapes the finance controlling activities with the necessary end-to-end knowledge within the organization and ensures that new ways of working get embedded
