Caretaker (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team in Bremen, we are currently looking for a reliable and committed Caretaker (m/f/d) on a mini-job basis. Are you skilled in practical tasks, able to keep things organized, and enjoy ensuring everything runs smoothly? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
Your profile:
Skilled in manual work with a good technical understanding
Reliable, proactive, and responsible
Friendly demeanor and good command of German
Ideally, previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar role
Your responsibilities:
General caretaker duties (e.g. minor repairs, maintenance)
Inspection and upkeep of outdoor areas (e.g. waste disposal, winter services, gardening)
Point of contact for tradespeople and service providers on site
Support with relocations and internal events
Monitoring of building systems (e.g. lighting, heating systems)
