Job Description

For our global operations, we seek a HSSE Training & Development Coordinator to join our HSSE team. You will support the improvement and standardization of the HSSE training process and lead regional project teams to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency. You will guide HSSE Trainers and Safety Coaches, together with the Global HSSE Training and Development Manager, and support HSSE training for senior leaders, managers, and supervisors.

Your Role:

You will coordinate and implement HSSE training activities, collect and analyse global HSSE training needs, develop new initiatives, and improve existing monitoring systems. You will ensure consistency and quality in HSSE training delivery across regions and engage senior leaders in training initiatives.

The HSSE Training and Development Coordinator is a hands-on role that ensures daily coordination and execution of HSSE training activities, bridging field-level safety practices with corporate HSSE strategies to align training initiatives with the organization’s safety objectives

Your Track Record:

  • You have a Master’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, industrial engineering, or related field. Alternatively, a degree in Learning and Development (or similar).

  • You have several years of experience in HSSE roles with a proven track record in training and development.

  • You have relevant HSSE certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) and proficiency in English.

  • You have expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs, project management, and strong communication skills.

  • You bring knowledge of HSSE regulations and standards, and familiarity with various training methods and tools.
