The role

  • To assist Project Managers in managing planning and controlling diverse Land & Nearshore projects around the world, ensuring adherence to Fugro’s high Health & Safety standards whilst delivering projects on time and in-line with commercial targets, with a significant focus as leading/owning the Planning, programming and analysis duties of such projects. Always leading by example to create a positive health and safety culture.

  • To ensure client satisfaction throughout the contract, build successful relationships each time and create a client focused atmosphere with the team.

  • To engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that company and project programmes are developed with the correct level of detail and to a high standard.

  • The role will also incorporate internal resource planning and assisting Internal managers in planning and resourcing roles.

Who we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Degree or HND level or equivalent education.

  • Extensive experience in programme management, developing and maintaining programmes in accordance with a wide range of forms of contract including and not limited to NEC.

  • MS Project & Primavera P6 experience is required.

  • Proven track record of successful delivery of project programmes.

Desired:

  • Demonstrable experience in a construction management or site investigation.

  • Experience in construction, piling and/or drilling would be highly desired.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

  • Excellent time and management skills and the ability to work in high pressure environment.

  • Ability to work for, and with clients and stakeholders.
