Commercial Excellence in Fugro is part of our growth strategy and is crucial to all parts of our business and in our Region.  Commercial Excellence is part of our Strategic Sales and Marketing team. The CE team aims to support all businesses with best practices, market insights and process-driven continuous improvement.

The Commercial Enablement Manager provides sales leaders with the enablement materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success for our services and products. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the Offering Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.

  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders including:

  • Service Line Directors

  • Market Directors

  • Market Developers

  • Sales and Business Development Professionals

  • Work closely with client-facing teams to understand client needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions and offerings that address client needs.

  • Development of templates that support the flow of communication from service providers in the development of value statements that our clients connect with.

  • Generate internal product and service guide sheets that provide the features, benefits, and value potential for all our Business Line services and market offerings. These documents could include:

  • Battle cards

  • Datasheets or spec sheet

  • Case studies to highlight new offerings

  • New offering launch content

  • Offering Positioning content

  • Strategic pricing guidance

  • Using the guide sheets and client value statements helps to create a value-based pricing structure based on competitor analysis and market expectations for our key products and services by Market segment.

  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the sales enablement strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions

  • A High School Diploma is required. Bachelors or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales enablement, offering management, and product development preferred.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales pursuit, proposal, commercial enablement, or  product management or offering management

  • Experience with launching new products or service offerings with omni channels

  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales process, enablement tools and product training

  • Able to build internal relationships with innovation, business lines, sales and marketing

  • Must have excellent and effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Must be capable of working in an organized fashion under pressure

  • Must be able to work independently without supervision or with minimal supervision as well as working in a team environment

  • Ability to take direction from others, be open-minded, and willing to share ideas

  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
