The role

As a Tendering Project Manager within our positioning and construction support team, you will be pivotal in driving growth for our Service Line and Fugro as a whole. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting persuasive proposals, implementing commercial strategies, and expertly managing client relationships throughout the tendering process.

Your duties extend to preparing pre-qualification and tender documentation, negotiating contract terms, fostering client relationships, and supporting the development of PCS proposals. Your involvement in the production of Service Line and Fugro's plans and budgets, collaboration with other Fugro entities in joint commercial activities, and contribution to marketing efforts within designated geographical areas further underscore your multifaceted impact on Fugro’s success.

You will also conduct peer reviews at the local and/or service line level. Collaboration is key, as the role involves working closely with sales/business development, technical, and project management teams. Moreover, the successful candidate will take charge of managing the proposal development team, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to proposal delivery.
