Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR services, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, On/Off-boarding arrangement, Employee Engagement and other HR operational tasks;

  • Work closely with hiring managers and to provide HR analytical insights on recruitment effectiveness and competitive benchmarking;

  • Maintain accurate database in the HRIS;

  • Support in HR related projects and align HR policies, procedures and practices to comply with all statutory requirements and company objectives;

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and to promote corporate values;

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;

  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources exposure preferably gained from sizable company;

  • Proven track records in performing talent acquisition or all-rounded HR background;

  • Good knowledge of HK employment ordinance and related statutory regulations;

  • Mature, presentable, stable and professional with good problem solving and communication skills;

  • Hands-on experience in HRIS;

  • Well versed with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
