Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
HSE Duties:
Fully complying and adhering to Fugro SAE QHSE management system.
Stop any of dangerous situations that may lead to a fatality or any type of incidents.
Put all required efforts as well as commitment to meet the FSAE Goal Zero Accidents.
The responsibility of the Tooling/Technician shall include but are not limited to the following:
To be safety aware, e.g. awareness of legislation/guidance, reporting accidents, awareness of company safety management system and own role/responsibility
Knowledge of emergency procedures and handling emergency situations
Knowledge of the offshore team members’ roles and responsibilities
Establish and maintain good relationships with immediate team members.
Works as part of a team, assists others and communicates well with team members
Assign tasks to subordinates ensuring clear understanding and satisfactory completion
Handover colleagues before leaving worksite.
Service and maintenance of all ROV tooling
Preparation of Tooling for Sub Sea operations
Assists the Subsea manager as required with all subsea intervention tasks
Responsible to the Subsea manager for all onshore and offshore tooling activities
Responsible for the maintenance and operation ROV Intervention Toolin
Maintaining tooling and develop maintenance plans/schedules for Intervention Tooling
Responsible for the tooling maintenance onshore and offshore
Organise and follow up planned maintenance.
Fault finding and maintenance of Intervention Tooling
Ensure all recorded information fully complies with company QA/QC and procedures.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Other skills: Engineering design and Tooling design.
