Regional ERP Change Management & Communications Lead

Job Description

The Regional Change Management & Communication Lead role sits as part of the Fugro Europe & Africa (EUAF) ERP Regional Implementation team which is responsible for the successful implementation of Fugro’s new ERP system across 20+ countries in the region.

Within this role, you will lead on all change management activities associated with the EUAF ERP implementation and work with the individual entities to coordinate communication activities. You will work closely with team members in the global, regional and local entity teams. Ensuring a consistent approach to change management & communications is adopted across all EUAF rollouts but is tailored where appropriate to specific country needs.

You will have a strong focus on the impact resulting from a change that our new ERP system will bring. This not only involves focusing on the people side of change, but also on identifying the impact on all stakeholders and getting them ready for the transition.

Your role

• You implement the global change management strategy to ensure a high adoption rate while aiming to minimize local resistance to change;

• You lead on the coordination of communications deliverables across the regional rollout;

• You address the impact of planned organizational change through Change Impact Assessments;

• You identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics in collaboration with the entity teams;

• You deliver communications that speak to the entity target audience(s), use the appropriate voice and vehicle and inspire the desired action and behaviors;

• You provide change readiness reports and other updates to management and project teams;

• You build a strong change network with Sponsors, Change Leaders and Change Agents on a regional/entity level;

• You provide coaching and training to Subject Matter Experts performing the Change Agent role;

Your track record

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in organizational (change/program/project) management roles and are experienced in change management, communications or similar positions. Experience and knowledge of project management best practice is a plus;

• You have a good understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies. Certifications in change management from a recognized body such as Prosci is a plus;

• Sound understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies

• You have effective communication skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organization;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
